Donte Green

Donte Green is a football coach whose philosophy is rooted in the belief that the game is bigger than any single play, stat, or season. A product of Bethel High School, Green went on to play college football at Montana Western University, where he continued to develop the competitive edge and technical understanding of the passing game that now anchors his coaching identity.

Coach Green has built his coaching resume across multiple programs, gaining experience at Bethel High School, South Kitsap High School, and Decatur High School—each stop deepening his ability to teach, connect, and develop players at the perimeter. As the Gators’ Passing Game Coordinator, he oversees a cornerback and wide receiver group that demands equal parts physicality and intelligence, and he brings a level of detail to the position that has helped produce some of the most decorated defensive backs and pass catchers in program history. At his core, Coach Green believes that football is a vehicle for life—that the discipline, resilience, and brotherhood built on the field are the real lessons being taught. “Football was a tool that helped make me who I am today,” he has said, and that conviction drives everything about how he coaches.
